Worst day of my life!!!!

So today I was visiting with my mom at the hospital while Jaxen was at school. Shortly after my dad got there I was getting ready to leave to go pick up Jaxen but before I left my mom asked me to get some "hot chips" (nacho cheese Doritos) for Jaxen she had been promising him some. I went down and grabbed some just out side the elevators and went back to moms room. When I walked into the room I started talking saying I was going to leave Baylee there while I ran to the school. My mom looked like she was sleeping so I talked to my dad for a minute telling him to show mom where the chips were when she woke up. As I turned to set the chips on the bedside table, I saw my mom was starting to pull a face I didn't understand. I started saying dad whats going on whats happening as I watched my moms face go BLUE instantly. My dad started yelling at her to breath as I ran out into the hall yelling for HELP!!!!  It was so hard to watch my dad yell to her to breath and stay with him as he laid the bed back. Her hole body was stiff and she was so blue. The first person in the room called a CODE BLUE and started pushing everything out of the room. So many people came running so fast. I grabbed Baylee and had to go to the hall and they sent my dad out. I thought I was okay and tried to call Heather just to ask if Jeff could pick Jaxen up form school, But the minute I heard her voice I lost it... I was balling uncontrollably. My dad saw I was on the phone and came and grabbed it from me and all he could tell her was Jeff needed to pick up Jaxen mom stopped breathing. As I was loosing it in the hall way I had many people there hugging me trying to help me and just being there for me, But all of the sudden I was getting a new kind of hug... one that was more deep and understanding. At first I didn't know who it was but they were feeling the same way I was. When I heard the words "Sissy tell me what happened" I know it was Valynn (my sister-in-law, who works down on the main floor of the hospital) she heard the code to my moms room and came running. My dad just waited right outside the door as the code team worked to bring my mom back. After what felt like 15-20 minutes we heard someone yell we got her back and we heard her starting to cough and throw up... I lost it again when I heard my mom apologizing for throwing up, I know my MOM was really back and she was still her. They told us they were going to move her down to the adult ICU. This is when my dad was able to call Heather back and let her know what had happened and mom was okay. He also started calling the family to let them know, now that we know she was okay. Even with my mom doing really good I have not been able to hold my self together for very long at any one time. I can honestly say this has been the worst day of my life... I have had some very bad days but this beat them all. I love my mom with all my heart and I am so grateful to the UVRMC code team for saving my moms life, giving me many more "I love you"'s and many,  many more hugs (once she can use her arm again). I love you mom!!!!
