So this morning I got out of the shower as my cell phone was ringing, I hurried over to answer it. It was my sister Sarah. She asked what I was doing and right after I said nothing she told me she was in the hospital. She said she hadn't felt her baby move for almost 24 hours. I told her I was on my way and asked what hospital she was at. I let my house and tried and tried to get hold of my mom who was at church with Amber. I then got a call from my other sisters Mandi (who is living in VA) and Heather, who told me Sarah was being preped for a C-section right then. I finally got hold of someone at my moms church building who knew who she was and he went and got her. I was crying so hard by the time my mom got to the phone. I told her what was going on and she said she was on her way. When I got to the hospital Heather was there and Sarah was in Surgery. My mom got there about 10-15 minutes after I did. One of the staff members took us right to the door the baby would come out of on the way to the NICU. We all stood there and waited... Then we heard the voices the had moved from the operating room the the room we were waiting by. Once the door opened we all just looked at the tiny little baby tried to get a quick picture and she was gone. At this poin there was nothing we could do but wait... and wait.... and wait. Finally we saw Matt walking down the hall we meet him with hugs and asked how Sarah was and if he had seen Baylee (thats the baby's name). It felt like one of the longest waites of my life to see my sister after she was done. We were able to go back in and see Baylee after a little while.
