Halloween

So this year Jaxen was an elephant for halloween along with his cousin Benjamin they were soooo cute!!!

First snow and visit to the ER...

My poor baby is sick again... He has been having a runny noise and starting to act sick. This morning at about 1:30 he woke up coughing really bad and he had a temp. just over 100, I gave him some medicine and he went back to bed. Then at 4:30 he woke up again coughing but he was burning up his temp was over 102.2 so we decided to take him to the ER. As we walked out of the house it was snowing and the car was covered. The snow was only bad in Saratoga Springs, once we got to Lehi it was just rain. But Jaxen is fine he has croup and the gave him some steroids. Poor kid!

Potty Training...

So when I first had a baby I didn't think I would need to start the whole potty training thing until Jaxen was about 2 1/2 - 3 years old, BOY was I mistaken. Around the time Jaxen was 18 months old he was showing interest in the potty... So we bought him a little potty and that day he went potty in it, I thought perfect timing. We have never pushed him to go potty we would put him on it when we wanted to try and he has blown us all away by going once or twice a week at 18 months. As he started going more and more we got him some UNDIES just to see how he would do, Now at 20 months old his is going potty in his toilet at least 3-5 times a day and telling us he needs to go, Yesterday I put him in his undies for a good 2-3 hours and he went potty 3 times sometimes just going in all by himself... Today the only wet diaper I have changed was when he woke up and we took it off so he could go potty! HE IS ONE AMAZING KID!!!

We remember all babies born sleeping or whom we have carried, but never met or those we have held, but could not take home. The ones that came home, but didn't stay. Take a moment to remember all "Lost Angels" and the families who love and lost them.

Poor Kid

So I have been painting a room at my mother-in-law's house. It has been fun and hard at the same time I take Jaxen over with me so its taking about 3 times longer then it would if I didn't take him but he likes to try to help.... Well today he was playing with a popper toy where I was painting and he tripped, hit his head on the wall and was OUT COLD for about 10 sec. and then came to slowly I called to Dr. and they said he had a concussion and I hag to watch him close for the next 24 hours...

Wyoming 2010

So this year we took the 4 wheelers to Wyoming and Jaxen LOVED them he never wanted to get off of them Grandma and Grandpa were so happy we came up...

3 Pins and A Lady

So this summer rob and I were on a Bowling League our team name was 3 Pins and A Lady We had and AWESOME team we did so good we made it to the play offs but lost by only a little :(

We are all really good friends and hope to bowl again next Summer!

The Neurologist

So we went to see the Neurologist today... She was not my favorite person ever. She said we may never really have to worry about the lesion. She did send us over for a EKG and a blood test to check his Iron so I guess we will wait and see...

He only cried when they put the things on... not when they took them off.

Jaxen and the Hospital

So we have been in the hospital for 3 days now and get to go home today! Jaxen has had the pneumoina AGAIN... Here are some pictures! And I have an AMAZING sister-in-law for staying with me till someone else could come!

When the alarms would go off he would go see what they were saying.

He would draw pictures to help try and pass the time.

He loved when his buddy Amber came to visit and play!

So Jaxen thinks he is soooooo funny, He is drinking some water out of a cup with a straw and then letting it run out of his mouth.... He is now socking wet! Kids are the best!!!

Sweet Jaxen

My Sweet Jaxen had to go in for an MRI and EEG scan on Wednesday.... On Thursday the Dr. called and let me know the EEG came back normal... The MRI was another thing they found he has Encephalimalacia and a 9mm brain lesion... We now need to go see a Neurologist, we don't really know what any of this means yet but Jaxen is Okay!!! We will keep everyone up to date as much as we can!!!

How time flies... My baby Boy is 15 mo. old and It seems like just yesterday I was watching the machines that were helping my baby breath. Now watching him run around, smile, laugh, and play. Being a Mom is the greatest joy in life. Here are some new pictures of the cute little man.

Long time

So it's been a long time sense I have posted. Does anyone even look anymore? I guess we will see. So sense Jaxens birthday he has had a hair cut! He has learned some new words he now how to say Mamma, Dada, Amber, Sarah, Dog and Thunder, ball and more... He is getting so big!!!
